The side-to-side, scanning head motion performed by students when talking, often negatively, about another student. Due to the small size of the student body, and the small number of gathering places they congregate, the high likelihood of the subject of conversation being present necessitates a "Williams Wobble" to make sure they are not standing directly behind the wobbler.
