Fitch is made of brick. It has marble trim.
Accommodations
Nice rooms. Big spaces. Wood floors. Nice pool table. TV/lounge.
Inhabitants
It has many large singles, and is thereby usually full of seniors, with some juniors and sophomores in the mix.
