Without doubt, the best co-op.

2 porches (upstairs porch is privately shared by two rooms), a working fireplace, a large living room (big enough for some kick-ass soirees), a breakfast nook in addition to a larger table, walk-in pantry, 2 fridges, and 4 HUGE ROOMS.

For anyone but the extremely lazy among us, it's not that far away (7 minute walk from Hopkins Hall)...and in fact is very near the coffee shop, the Herring, and the gym (what more do you need?).

Also, if you go out to dinner as a house, you can reserve a spot as "Susie Hopkins." What other house's name allows you to do that?

In general, a pretty sweet deal.
