The Parsons Garden was founded by the Sustainable Growers group in Spring 2010. There are 12 raised beds and 11 have removable hoop tunnel covers. Some of plants growing include: mustard greens, yukina savoy purple asian greens, bak choi, collard greens, yellow chard, snap peas, shelling peas, radishes, beets.
