Also known as the Snacky B. When you need the food, they've got the goods. If you skipped dinner and are on any meal plan but the 50-a-semester, then you can spend up to $7.00 in dinner "equivalency." The Snack Bar's hours are:
Monday-Saturday, 8:00AM-1:00AM
Sunday, 10:00AM-1:00AM
The Motto
The Dining Services motto is printed on all of the snack bars cups. Curiously, it is:
Advancing Toward A Sustainable Future
The 'plastic' utensils in the Snack Bar are 100% biodegradable. That's pretty advanced. Unfortunately, they tend to melt easily. Don't be surprised if you find yourself spoonless after trying to eat some soup. And the cups are made out of corn. They burn a most awesome shade of blue-green... Currently, Snack Bar has new to-go utensils that perform much better.
Delivery
During Winter Study and the first part of the Spring 2006 semester, Dining Services and the College Council sponsored a Snack Bar delivery service, but the service has been on hiatus ever since.
