Gammelgarden Creamery, located in Pownal, VT, started making this thing called SKYR in 2010. Now, their skyr is located (and sought after) all over the Williams College campus, frequenting Lee Snack Bar, Spring Street Market, EcoCafe, and Tunnel City Coffee.
