Stuff College Council Should Definitely Do

1. Grow a spine.
   1. Actually represent student opinion.
2. Get Security to make parking lottery totally random (but stratified by class), and not first come, first served.
   1. Not make it random and let it be first come first served.
3. Motion to form a task force to think about designating a committee to deliberate some more on thinking about things to consider.
