Adopt Evan Miller's [http://wso.williams.edu/~emiller/peoplesoft/ framed Peoplesoft] as a standard.
Find a way to make it easier to switch between duplex standard and non-duplex printing. Make all printers require a login before printing, like the Jesup color printers, to prevent wastage.
Make all of campus wifi.
Make the internet fast again.
