Return of the Large Hardon Collider

Teams were asked to fill out a form during the first hour of the contest. The form asked for these things: Adjective, An appliance, Adjective Name of person in room, Adjective, A liquid, Adjective, Noun, A fish, Plural noun, Silly word, Verb ending in "ing", Verb (present tense), Adjective, Something soft, Plural noun, Adjective.

Of course, this was a Mad-Lib—in fact, it came from the 1981 edition of Barbie Mad Libs. Teams were asked to act out the story and send in the video.
