The GLTBQIAA organization on campus (formerly known as the "Eph Rainbow Alliance"). Especially known for putting on the out-of-control [[Queer Bash]] parties every fall and spring. They , the QSU also bring brings guest speakers to campus to speak on queer and LGBT issues, hold more or less weekly discussions, do film screenings, and serve as a network of support for GLBTQIA students.
Meetings are Thursday nights (when announced) at 9 P. M. in Hardy House. All are welcome, and there are frequently snacks.

==2010-2011 Mission Statement==
The Queer Student Union is an organization of queer and allied students seeking to promote social change to create a more inclusive space both on campus and in the greater community. We provide opportunities for education, political activism, social events, and community service. We aim to form connections with faculty and staff, alumni, and student organizations both on and off campus. The members of the QSU hope to embody equality, inclusiveness, a sense of community, respect, and civic engagement.
