* pass a driving test
====New Method====
In recent years, the college requires that you go through online services to provide them with your driving record. To obtain a Motor Vehicle Record request, visit [https://facilities.williams.edu/cars-and-drivers/college-vehicles/motor-vehicle-record-request-form/ Motor Vehicle Record Request]. The college will then send you an email with a link to a website that will let you provide the college access to your driving record.

After you consent to the college viewing your record, the college will send you a follow-up email letting you know that you can schedule a driving test if you want to drive a 12-passanger van.

Once you get your driving record, contact [mailto:collegecars@williams.edu collegecars@williams.edu] to schedule a driving test.

For more details, see [https://facilities.williams.edu/cars-and-drivers/college-vehicles/ College Vehicles].

====Old Method====
In all states, it is possible to obtain the record at a DMV office. In general, it is best to pay for the form with a check drawn from a bank, rather than a personal check or cash.
DO NOT use an online service like drivingrecord.org. The records they give you are not state certified, and the college will not accept them. You must get your record directly from your state DMV.

Once you get your driving record, contact [mailto:collegecars@williams.edu collegecars@williams.edu] to schedule a driving test.
