Williams-Mystic class; meets twice a week for two hours for some relaxation time (or not, depending on whether you capsize/like the person who you are with in your boat). Pretty sweet.
Learn to handle little one-person, single-sail dyer dhows; two-person JY's (mainsail + jib); row a whaleboat; possibly sail the whaleboat--if you can get the mast up; ride in a catboat; learn to drive a motorboat...all in all, have some quality time on the Mystic River (or in the Mysticboathouse, if it is too windy to sail).
